My style: My style of yoga is Hatha. It's a more gentle slow moving class that focuses on improving flexibility and relieving built up tension, relaxing and at the same time toning and strengthening the body. Anyone and everyone can benefit from yoga. Whether you have never practiced yoga before or have been practicing off and on or practice regularly, come join me! There will be lots of variations to postures so that every body can benefit.
